It is your responsibility to research the item(s) for sale to make sure that it is the correct part, color, make, model, etc that you need because we DO NOT cancel bids when they are placed nor do we cancel auctions when they are won. This result in extra fees and expense for us.
We only accept return requests for items that either arrive damaged, are defective upon arrival or where the item received varies greatly from its description. We request that you notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We make all efforts to inspect items and test for basic functionality like powering on and off, heating/cooling, charging, etc. We inspect items to see if they are complete but in some cases they may not be or we cannot tell and we will make note of that in the description when possible. If you do not see it in the pictures provided, do not assume that it will be included. Please just ask if you are unsure.
We are not experts on the items we sell, nor do we represent any of the companies that produce these items. To the best of our knowledge all items are genuine. We purchase new and returned items from a nationally recognized online retailer. If a best by or expiration date is on the item, we will notate that.
We only ship items to addresses confirmed by PayPal. If you need a package shipped as a gift, please message us ahead of time. We will make a decision based on your history/FB with eBay. Buyer will also release us the seller from any responsibility for lost/undelivered packages mailed to unconfirmed addresses. If you need an item quicker than the shipping option we offer, please message us and ask what your options are. We are happy to upgrade with the buyer paying the difference.
PLEASE REMEMBER, we are not the postal carrier. We do not hand deliver items to your door. We do all we can to make sure your item is packaged well, the label is clear and affixed with the confirmed address you have listed with eBay and Paypal. We do not control the package once it is shipped. If you have moved or your address is not correct, we can not be responsible for that mistake. Please make certain that your information is current and use the tracking number generated by eBay that you are sent once the item is shipped. We make every effort to ship items the same day they are purchased.
